Purchases from Delisa are open to individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified on our website. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

3.3 Taxes and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees in their jurisdiction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping

All items are shipped via fully insured courier. International shipping is available, and delivery times vary by destination.

Free delivery in Switzerland and Europe.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

4.2 Packaging

All items are packaged in museum-quality presentation boxes designed to protect and showcase the jewelry.

5. Authenticity and Certification

5.1 Guarantee

Every Delisa piece is guaranteed authentic and comes with:

• Gemological certification
• Material documentation
• Signed certificate of authenticity

5.2 Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Delisa provides a lifetime authenticity guarantee for all pieces sold.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Mandatory Legal Warranty

6.1 Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where required by mandatory law.

6.2 No Returns / Change-of-Mind Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• The customer does not like the item
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Changed opinion after purchase
• A gift not being appreciated

This applies to all Delisa products and collections.

6.3 Mandatory Legal Warranty for Defects (Switzerland) (Cannot Be Removed)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights under applicable Swiss law. In particular, Swiss law provides a mandatory legal warranty for defects (Gewährleistung) for a period of two (2) years from delivery, where applicable.

A defect may include, for example:

• A stone becoming loose or falling out under normal use
• Incorrect metal purity compared to the product description
• A clasp or essential mechanism breaking unusually quickly under normal use
• Plating wearing off abnormally fast under normal use

The following are not considered defects:

• The customer does not like the item
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Changed opinion after purchase
• A gift not being appreciated

All sales are final except in the case of defects covered by mandatory law. Where a defect is confirmed, Delisa will, at its discretion and as permitted by law, provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.

To report a suspected defect, the customer must contact us within fourteen (14) days of discovering the defect at info@delisajewelry.com, providing the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Delisa website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Delisa and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

Delisa is not liable for:

• Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss or damage occurring after delivery

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland.

11. Collection Availability in Geneva

Delisa’s collection may be available for viewing in Geneva, Switzerland. Viewing is subject to availability and may require an appointment. Please contact us to arrange a viewing and to confirm location details.

12. Modifications

Delisa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
